For two nights only, Chef Colin Smith will be opening the doors at the Roundabout Event Centre for Reno's second Splash! The first Splash! was such a success that people began making reservations before this Splash! was announced.
We are creating a gastronomical event featuring some of our more edgy creations.  Colin describes this event as "Splash! is like waves of flavor that wash against your taste buds changing with every course, not a single one being like the last." Like the waves Splash! comes and goes; it splashes in and out.  This is a food and wine lovers event that makes a great splash and then disappears.

And what could be a better way to start Reno’s second Splash!, but with a focus on cheese from around the world.  Exotic cheeses will be featured in a variety of ways in every course and paired with some great wines.  You will enjoy a 7 course meal paired with wine for $110, or if you prefer the meal without wine, the price is $85. 

Splash! will be held at the Roundabout Event Centre for two nights only on Friday, August 26 and Saturday, August 27.  A single seating is at 6:30 pm each night.  You can choose between a King Arthur style seating or an individual table.  Many people enjoy King Arthur seating because they have the ability to meet and socialize with more people.
