Homewood is pleased to promote avalanche awareness and to present Avalanche Dog demonstrations every Saturday at 10am, during Winter 2013-14.  Homewood Ski Patrol Dogs will demonstrate how they dig down deep through the snow to find a person who is buried during an avalanche. Children will be able to meet the dogs after the demonstration and take pictures.
