Full Moon Yurt Dinner Winter Discovery Center Fundraiser

Full Moon Yurt Dinner at Tahoe XC

This is a mountain dining experience you won't soon forget. Your evening adventure starts with a moonlit ski or snowshoe from the Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area to the trailside warming hut on Yellow trail where you will enjoy fireside Hot Mulled Wine and Hot Chocolate. The terrain is gentle, and the thrill of being the only skiers on the trail in the forest is breath taking. On your return you will see the warm glow of the Dinner Yurt. As you marvel at the beautiful setting, you'll hear the music from within the yurt and anticipate the hot meal that awaits. Amid laughter and live guitar music, your party will gather around the long candle-lit tables while enjoying the glow of our Norwegian wood stove. Your senses will never feel so alive as you take in the candlelight, the sounds of friends and family, the warmth of the fire and the taste of a full service dinner prepared by one of  North Lake Tahoe's finest chefs . When the meal is complete you are right within walking distance from your car. This is an evening you will talk about for years.

Treat your family, friends or traveling companions to an unforgettable evening, in the Winter Discovery Yurt. Limited tickets are available at $65 per person. This great price includes your 3 course meal, tax, a beverage, ski or snowshoe equipment and trail pass. This is an evening out for adults.

All money raised benefits the Winter Discovery Program at Tahoe Cross Country. Reservations can be made at Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area or can be purchased over the phone by calling (530) 583-5475. This event is a snow or no snow event.
